Twelve weeks. One volunteer. A cognitive stack of zinc, magnesium, and Lion's Mane. PSQI and GAD-7 scoring at weeks zero, four, eight, and twelve.

This is the pilot trial. The volunteer, doses, and start date will be filled in before the first entry publishes. The Opener entry will appear here at week zero.
